I was satisfied with the professional way that John Robovitsky supported my needs and also the fact that he had the vehicle delivered to my home in Pocomoke, Maryland by two very professional senior citizens. I am a bit concerned that my tags have not been delivered and the temporary tags are expiring. I expect that this is beyond the control of the dealership and is a continuing problem with the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles.

“In all my years of purchasing GMC’s Honda’s Ford’s and Infiniti’s I have never had a better car buying experience than what I just had with Pointe Pontiac. Pointe GMC may not be the largest or prettiest dealership in the area but the other dealerships should model their operations after them. It is such a pleasure to deal with a career car salesman like Jay Mattox. He knew the product, kept me completely informed during the process of locating me a vehicle. He then delivered the truck to my house with a full tank of gas at 8:30pm. I had expressed the need to have the truck the next morning for a fishing trip. Jay said “Don’t worry we will make it happen” and guess what he did!! When I returned my wife and I made a trip to the dealership. Much to our surprise the owner Larry Davis took the time to congratulate us and spent the next 45 minutes telling us about the NEW GM. I have shared my experience with everyone.”
